We take pride in preparing your order quickly and with care.

Your miniatures will be printed, cleaned, cured and packaged within 5 business days. 

Once ready, the package will be shipped and tracked via DHL GlobalMail – delivering to over 220 countries and territories worldwide. Most orders arrive within 10 business days, with rare exceptions for remote locations. 

If you can’t find your country/territory as a selectable option, message us at [email protected] and we will look into it.

We are not responsible for any taxes or customs duties outside the EU. If your package is held by customs, you will be responsible for paying any associated taxes or duties. Check your local regulations if you are unsure if your country has import taxes that might apply.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All miniatures are shipped unassembled and unpainted. We recommend CA glue (Superglue) for assembly.

We use high-detail, flexible resin designed specifically for display miniatures and tabletop gaming, which is as close to HIPS plastic as resin can get. 

The miniatures in the images of the product are 3D renders. The 3D printed miniature may be slightly different.

CLEANING THE MODEL

Your model comes pre-cleaned of the main bulk of supports, but in some cases, you may need to remove small touchpoints or micro-supports.

FIXING WARPED PARTS

Due to temperature and humidity changes, small parts might slightly bend during shipping. To fix this:

• Dip the part into hot water or use a heat gun or hairdryer to warm it up.
• Gently adjust it back into its original form (Thicker parts may require more heat or time to readjust & the same technique can be applied when making custom poses)

NOTE

Due to the miniatures being 3D printed, print layers, small surface irregularities and micro-supports will be visible in some parts of the print. 

We use a flexible resin specifically designed for display miniatures and tabletop gaming, but it is more brittle than plastic, so we urge you to handle the 3D printed miniatures with care, a fall can cause a part to break. 

• Choking Hazard: Miniatures are shipped unassembled and contain small parts. Not for children under 14. Assembly requires adult supervision.
• Assembling: Do not use force to push parts into place during assembly. We recommend dry-fitting before gluing to confirm the parts fit.
• Gluing & Sanding: Use the recommended glue (CA Super Glue) in a well-ventilated area and wear a mask during sanding to prevent inhaling resin dust.
• Storing: Keep in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Rapid temperature and humidity changes will cause certain parts to warp or deform.
